Are you a hands on project manager in the area of ERP and Payroll and want to transform local solutions to something better for 11 countries in Europe?

Wouldn’t you mind to travel between 20-50%?

All 11 countries run their business-critical Middle-office, Back-office and Payroll Outsourcing operations on local Navision 2009 systems that are technically obsolete, which obviously is causing all kinds of potential challenges.

Reporting into the Program Manager, your main responsibility will be leading projects from initiation to completion in specific countries.
You may support all countries in transformation process, and release management.
You will also support organizational tasks such as planning meetings, tasks monitoring, and support local Project Managers/Coordinators who has various or none IT project management skills and experience in their daily job.
The program is very complex as in most of the countries there are/will be implemented different solutions by different vendors. It will be difficult but important to assure the same level of project standard adherence and quality.

Dovednosti a požadované kvalifikace

Knowledge of some Payroll System is an advantage (MS Business Central or other)
Good communication and organizational skills
At least 3+ years of working experience, with demonstrated skills in helping with testing solutions or project management experience.
Basic understanding and knowledge of general IT technology, systems, and management processes in Infrastructure
PMP® / Prince2 (or similar industry standard project management qualification) is an advantage
Good knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
Excellent English
Hands-on experience using Microsoft tools, including MS Project
