Main responsibility is to support business in the implementation of new payroll solution or upgrade of existing solution in all steps from requirement gathering to solution deployment. It will require to understand current business model and global Target Operating Model (TOM); local and global application landscape. All these knowledges should be used to help business in conjunction with external supplier to identify the effective solution to be put in place including impact in the current processes, considering timeline and budget constraints.
The program is very complex as in most of the countries there are/will be implemented different solutions by different vendors. It will be challenging but important to assure the same level of project standard adherence and quality.
