IT Business Analyst

O čem je tento projekt

Main responsibility is to support business in the implementation of new payroll solution or upgrade of existing solution in all steps from requirement gathering to solution deployment. It will require to understand current business model and global Target Operating Model (TOM); local and global application landscape. All these knowledges should be used to help business in conjunction with external supplier to identify the effective solution to be put in place including impact in the current processes, considering timeline and budget constraints.

The program is very complex as in most of the countries there are/will be implemented different solutions by different vendors. It will be challenging but important to assure the same level of project standard adherence and quality.

  • Business analysis, investigate problems and analyze options for new and existing services. Knows how to provide recommendations to solutions. Can work with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits available
  • Agile working. identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes. Knows how to help the team to decide the best approach. Able to help teams to manage and visualize outcomes, prioritize work and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP)
  • Participating in FIT-GAP, Functional Design and configuration workshops
  • Supporting Key Users and Test manager in test case creation and execution. Defining test conditions. Capable of identifying issues and risks associated with work while being able to analyse and report test activities and results.
  • Assisting with acceptance integration and testing and developing project plans
  • Managing data migration analysis and testing
  • Facilitating the discussion of requirements among stakeholders and documenting requirements to provide data-driven recommendations
  • Responsibility for the vendor´s delivery by controlling delivery from the content and quality point of view.
  • Regular reporting about the project status and escalate where required to secure project objectives
  • Support local teams to deliver within agreed quality
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including IT managers, vendors, and executive leaders

Dovednosti a požadované kvalifikace

  • At least 3+ years of working experience, 1-2 of those years with test or Business Analyst or Business Application Owner experience
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (advantage)
  • Knowledge of some Payroll System is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Accounting/Finance solutions (MS Business Central or other) is a plus
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Good understanding and knowledge of general IT technology, systems, and management processes
  • Knowledge of IT Business Analysis Methodologies
  • Hands-on experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to understand complex information and assess requirements

Nice to have

  • English is a must any additional language is a plus
