IT Payroll Project Manager

You will manage project/s from conception successfully through to completion - effectively managing a global team of IT experts and technical resources and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders

Bring subject matter expertise in multiple business and/or technology domains to solve business problems or needs ( HR IT, Learning and Development Domain)

Project is mainly remote, some occasional (up to 20%) travel on customer site (CH) or in other IT Hub (Lyon).

Klíčové dovednosti

  • Overall responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating activities pertaining to technology and business function projects in accordance with Adecco project management methodology
  • Consuls with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of resources
  • Develop project plans, specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources
  • Work closely with Business & IT stakeholders for any escalations and works closely with all IT team members on all the required phases of a project from start to finish.
  • Coordinates assignment of project personnel
  • Budget management – planning, tracking, maintaining as required
  • Anticipate the impact of the project on the organization and proactively manages the change, aligning with key leaders
  • Advanced ability to negotiate with and influence internal/external partners resources
  • Advanced ability to manage identified project risks and implement mitigation actions.
  • Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost

Dovednosti a požadované kvalifikace

  • Experience in HR domain, preferably implement of payroll solution in CH or in other European countries.
  • Experience of coordination implementation of interfaces across multiple HR systems.
  • Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies
  • At least 6+ years of working experience, 4 – 6 of those years with project management experience in a large global IT organization or consultancy
  • Good understanding and knowledge of general IT technology, systems and management processes
  • Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies
  • Design and implementation of new processes or methodologies in complex organizations
  • Good knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills essential
  • Hands-on experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Nice to have

  • Process Management, Six-Sigma, Lean is a plus
