Technical Specialist for Support and roll out coordination

O čem je tento projekt

You will work on project (named DLP) that's aiming to implement technologies, resources and processes to prevent sensitive data flowing out of organization either by intentional or unintentional misuses for illegitimate purpose.

The DLP project is a long journey, areas to cover are wide and several rounds of analysis will be required before getting a comprehensive understanding of work to complete. On top of this complexity, the project needs to remain flexible and reactive to changes / or to new requirements coming from stakeholders.

The project team needs to staff a technical specialist for support and roll out coordination, focussing on implementation of USB Port in Read only Mode.

The main responsibilities will be to follow process, perform analysis, training, with Management console, and being pro-active team member.

Perform Release and Change management according to Adecco IT standards
Close relation with local Distributed Technology Services (Worldwide)
Close relation with Local Service Desk (Worldwide)
Actively manage the analysis of the DLP agent roll out Worldwide (including reports)
Ability to understand the technical incidents and drive investigation with local service desk
Act as a first escalation point
Perform analysis prior to “read only” mode in order to manage the “whitelisting” of identified devices
Perform training/expertise on management console
Update Dashboard KPI’s
Measure the success of the project/EPIC (dashboard follow up)

Dovednosti a požadované kvalifikace

Technical knowledge on managing a Global platform
Proven experience working in a WW environment
Ability to deal with strategic project, deal with stress
Knowledgeable on IT SM tools
Good communication skills, ability to report progress / raise risks, and search for solutions
